The insert features a 1/8" BSPP parallel pipe thread with an integrated loop, allowing it to be attached to a keyring, lanyard, tether or strap. This helps keep the insert with the fitting, hose or equipment setup so it is less likely to be misplaced between uses.

This insert is designed around a 1/8" BSPP parallel pipe thread and is intended for use with compatible female threaded fittings.

It is suitable for covering compatible 1/8" BSP connectors when they are not in use, helping reduce their exposure to dust, debris and general workshop contamination.

Please check your fitting’s thread type before ordering. This product is designed for compatible 1/8" BSPP / BSP parallel fittings and is not suitable for NPT or other thread types.

Important: These inserts do not hold pressure and must not be used as a stop, bung or sealing plug for air or liquid.
